Patrick Greaney is professor of German and Humanities at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is the author of Quotational Practices: Repeating the Future in Contemporary Art and Untimely Beggar: Poverty and Power from Baudelaire to Benjamin, as well as essays on modern and contemporary art and literature. His translations of contemporary Swiss and Austrian literature have been published by Dalkey Archive Press and Ugly Duckling Presse.
