Author of Requiem, a collection of short stories (Les Figues), TERESA CARMODY’s work has appeared in Slope, Fold Magazine, Stolen Purse, LA Weekly, and 4th Street. She is co-director of Les Figues Press and co-curator of the Smell Last Sunday of the Month Reading series. ALLISON CARTER is a Los Angeles based writer. Her book, A Fixed, Formal Arrangement is forthcoming from Les Figues Press. AMINA CAIN is the author of I Go To Some Hollow, forthcoming from Les Figues Press and has been published in journals such as 3rd bed and Denver Quarterly. AXEL THORMAHLEN has published four novels and two collections of short stories in German and Swedish. A Happy Man and Other Stories has recently been released by Les Figues Press.
